Management TeamRon and Diana Stevenson, Executive Directors
Ron and Diana have served as Executive Directors of The Regent since 2005. They are responsible for day-to-day operations of the community and for providing vision, direction and accountability for all departments and functions. Having owned and operated their own business for more than 25 years before joining BPM Senior Living Company, they place a high value on customer service. For this reason, they take special care to provide an atmosphere that is warm and friendly as well as elegant and safe. In good weather, Ron and Diana enjoy exploring the outdoors. Heather Docken, Director of Activities
As the Director of Activities at The Regent since 2002. Heather leads daily exercise classes, plans weekly excursions, presents musical entertainers, invites local speakers, facilitates games and more. She works hard to keep residents active, happy and fully engaged, not only with activities but also with Regent staff, with friends and with family. In her spare time Heather enjoys cooking, bicycling, reading and travel. Tim Borgen, Executive Chef
Tim brings 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry to his job of Executive Chef at The Regent. As a result, he understands that meals should be not only be flavorful and healthful, but also attractively presented. Tim meets monthly with residents to help understand how he and his staff can better meet their preferences and deliver the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. As a self-described "Star Wars" expert, Tim enjoys reading science fiction and going to the movies.
